Chef Ashley Simone ran a catering company in Chicago before moving to Boquete,
and had a YouTube cooking show called Foodgasm. Etta Worthington (the chef’s
mother) is an amateur mixologist (TheBumblingMixologist on Instagram) who does a
great job of being a prep cook.
